Problem: Unconscious bias in the engineering industry prevents managers and executives from embracing diverse mindsets in the workplace.
Objective: Increase the number of diverse mindsets that graduate by 15% within 2 years, by positioning GSOE as the number one choice for an engineering program and leader of breaking industry barriers in the New York metro area.
Insight: Trailblazers break barriers in engineering despite gatekeepers preventing them from having a seat at the table.
